Organelle Labeling Lentiviruses

abm offers ready-to-transduce Organelle Labeling Lentiviruses for easy fluorescent labeling of subcellular structures. These vectors express fluorescent proteins fused to proteins or signal peptides which when expressed from the CMV promoter will localize to a particular subcellular structure or organelle.

Organelle Labeling Lentiviruses offer a simple method of fluorescent labeling without the need for antibodies or chemical dyes. Available with GFP (green) and RFP (red) reporters. Targets include the cytoskeleton, nucleus, plasma membrane, autophagosome, lysosome, peroxisome, golgi, mitochondria, and endoplasmic reticulum.
