Description |
This Lysosome Labeling Lentivirus can be used to easily label the lysosome. The vector expresses RFP (Red Fluorescent Protein) fused to the C-terminus of the Lysosomal Associated Membrane Protein 1 (LAMP1), which is a component of the lysosomal membrane. This lentivirus offers a simple method to visualize the lysosome without antibodies or chemical dyes. Combine with other organelle labeling lentiviruses for multiplexed labeling. |
