This Nucleus Labeling Lentivirus can be used to easily label the nucleus. The vector expresses GFP (Green Fluorescent Protein) fused to the N-terminus of the lamin B1 protein (LMNB1), which is a component of the nuclear lamina. This lentivirus offers a simple method to visualize the nucleus which doesn’t require antibodies or chemical dyes. Combine with other organelle labeling lentiviruses for multiplexed labeling. |
