This Plasma Membrane Labeling Lentivirus can be used to easily label the plasma membrane. The vector expresses RFP (Red Fluorescent Protein) fused to the C-terminus of the LCK gene, which localizes to the plasma membrane. This lentivirus offers a simple method to visualize the plasma membrane without antibodies or chemical dyes. Combine with other organelle labeling lentiviruses for multiplexed labeling. |
