No. LV053) offers maximal biosafety as the lentiviral Rev gene is supplied as an independent vector from other structure genes and will only support 3rd Generation lentiviral expression vectors with a chimeric 5' LTR, making it TAT-independent. DNAfectin™ Plus Transfection Reagent (Cat.
